Good to Know

Our deer calf comes exclusively from meat production farms. The animals live in large open spaces in almost the wild. The best and natural food and free movement of the animals ensure low-fat meat, which is a delicacy and one of the highlights in gastronomy. You can't get more organic than that. The by-product of the pelts (fur with hair) is characterized by maximum density and a fine and very elastic fiber structure. The number of pelts is very limited. Worldwide demand is always higher than supply.
